Journal #2 - Chapters 4-7 - Perspective: Scout

Dear Diary,
It was the last day of school and I found really cool things in the Radly's oak tree. I found tin foil, gum, and Indian head polished pennies. When I ate the gum I went to go tell Jem about the amazing things I found. Jem got mad at me when we found out he made me spit out the gum and said it was bad. I felt like it was a good thing I found this stuff, I found it so I deserve it.
Dill came over to play with me and Jem. We had fun we played with a tire and I wanted to go in it and roll a around. When I was being pushed I got pushed little to hard and was rolling really fast. I got hit really hard by a rock and fell out right in front of the Radly's house. I was really dizzy and everything was spinning around. Dill and Jem came running down to check up on me. I was fine but I was real mad.

Later that day I, Jem, and Dill were playing games again. We was playing the boo Radly game where we pretend to be the family. Jem was coming back and forth from the house bringing things outside. Atticus caught pieces of news paper and scissors on the front porch. Atticus was asking Jem what he was doing Jem lied to his father and said they was not doing anything. So they try to decide if they should still play without getting in trouble.

After the all of the drama we wanted some ice cream so we all decided to invite Boo Radly. Well mostly only Jem and Dill decided we should. So then we got a fishing pole and we attached a note to it saying if we wanted to come out and eat ice cream. While trying to invite boo Atticus caught us so then we got in trouble again, I think it was like the third time he caught us doing something Boo related. Atticus had told us that we have to stop tormenting Boo and stop trying to mock him. Well I got to go because there is a lot more fun things going on.
