Dear diary,
A lot has happened this summer but I guess I could say that I'm glad school has started. It was the end of the first day of school, Jem and Scout was comming home from school. Jem saw his pants hanging over the fence he wondered what they were doing there. He asked if scout would go with him. Later that day they found out it was from boo. thats same day Jem and Scout found a grey ball of twine and Jem and Scout both decided that they are going to leave it there. after a couple of days they saw that no body took it so then they claimed it theres.
The next day Scout expresses her feelings by saying that second grade sucks just like first and kindergarten. Jem himself says to his sister scout that it gets better the longer she sticks to it. late that fall they find something else in the knothole and they find to bar of soap carved to look like Scout and Jem them self. They was really suprised to see something like and knowing that boo might not be a bad person after all. Along with the soap Jem finds chewing gum, a spelling bee medal, and an old pocket watch.
The next day Jem and Scout find out that the knothole has been all covered in cement. They were really dissapointed. When my son Jem went to ask what happened at the Radley's house, when they knocked Boo brother "Nathan Radley" answerd he told my kids that it was because the tree was dying. Even though the tree leaves were green and the tree was real healthy from what it looked like people fell for it anyways.
A couple days later after all the drama somthing really amazing happened here in maycomb. For the first time in years it snowed. This was the most rareest thing ever that they canceled all schools so my kids had no school. Jem and Scout went to make a snowman but sense there was not alot of snow they went and grab as much as they can. when they made there snowman they covered it in mud all around them to make it look like the guy down the street.
