Dear Diary,
well theres a lot to say about these past few days, my sister was talking about when she had a broken arm that I accidentally broke. I still feel bad for breaking it and I feels even worse when my sister talks about it a lot. My sister is smart and dresses like tomboy. sometimes that can be a little embarrassing. I'm ten years old and about to start to 5th grade. I always watch over my sister so it kinda sucks that I have to walk her to her class on her first day of school I'd rather just pretend I'm sick.
My sister's teacher Miss Caroline cant ever really please her students and didn't like Scout only because she already knew how to read. Miss Caroline made Scout feel bad and my sister was embarrassed and she felt like it was bad for her already knowing how to read. I think a teacher shouldn't be so mean I think that they should appreciate that there students know anything at all. So during recesses my sister came to me with her complaints I told her that Miss Caroline was just wanting to try out a new teaching method and just got mad because she wasn't able to.
My sister and Miss Caroline didn't really get along, there was even a time where Miss Caroline slapped Scout on the hand with a ruler. If that was me I would have said something. I also think that teachers shouldn't have the right to hit kids.
Later that day Scout rubbed Walters face in the mud because he got her in trouble. So I thought that I could help by inviting Walter over for lunch. Scout just criticizes Walter the whole time. I think they are just to young to understand this new thing called forgiveness. Well thats all I got to say for now! sincerely,

I like how you put in Diary form. I did it that way to and it seemed much easier for me. I like you did paragraphs and didn't just have one big paragraph because it is much easier to read.
